Yes, all our meat is bought from a local halal-regulated butcher. - Is Burger Stop gluten-free?
We are proud to offer our customers with gluten sensitivity many great options! The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns. Since Burger Stop buns are not gluten-free, we offer our customers the option of going bun-less or grabbing a chicken and chips. - Do any burger-stop products contain soy or dairy?
Our rolls contain both soy and dairy. Our cheese and milkshakes are dairy products as well. - Do Burger Stop products contain nuts?
Yes, all of our desserts have the option of nuts, so there is a possibility of cross-contamination. - What are the Burger Stop Hours?
We are currently open every day between the hours of 11 am-11 pm! - Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, it indeed is. We offer family seating for as many as 6 people. - When does my gift card expire?
Within 30 days of purchase. - What if I have lost my gift card?
If a Gift Card is corrupted, deleted, lost, stolen, destroyed damaged or used without permission, Burger Stop are not responsible. We cannot replace these Gift Cards. - Can I cancel my gift card?
All Gift cards are non-refundable. - Does Burger Stop offer discounts and coupons?
We offer a 10% discount to police, Fire Services, Ambulance service and NHS staff. To use this discount, we need to see a valid photo ID card before payment (show your ID before placing an order). The 10% discount is applied to the cardholder’s order and can only be used once a day. The discount only applies to the purchase of food and drink. We also offer a Military discount (Army, Navy, RAF) which works in the same way, for which we’ll need to see a valid Military photo ID card. Unfortunately, discounts cannot be applied to Delivery, Online Takeaway orders or Deliveroo orders. - Do I have to wear a face mask when I visit Burger Stop?
Under current government guidelines, face coverings are no longer required to be worn by our customers or crew when in-store. - What additional measures have Burger Stop taken in response to COVID-19?
Every store has at least one hand sanitiser station, as well as restroom facilities* for you to wash your hands. We advise all customers to clean their hands if coughing & sneezing, when eating and drinking, when visiting the toilet and when coming into contact with surfaces. We have also taken the chance to accept electronic/card payments in all of our UK restaurants. - Does Burger Stop offer franchising?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your experience, you must raise your complaint with the restaurant staff at the time to ensure issues are resolved swiftly. All Burger Stop restaurants are franchised, which means they are independently owned and managed, therefore Burger Stop does not have control over the day-to-day management of the restaurant. If, however, you are not satisfied with how your complaint has been dealt with, please contact our head at eat@burgerStop.co.uk - Are you wheelchair accessible?
We are happy to say we do have step-free access that can accommodate wheelchairs in both our restaurants. We also have fully accessible disabled toilets. - Does Burger Stop offer outdoor seating?
During the summer weather, we will offer outdoor seating to make your Burger Stop experience more pleasant. - Do you accept cards?
All our stores accept cash as well as electronic/card payments. - Is Burger stop on delivery apps?
We currently use Deliveroo to deliver our food as well as Uber Eats.
